Flourless Zucchini Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
1
cup
creamy almond butter
2 medium zucchini
shredded (unpeeled)
1/3 cup honey
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking pan; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
