1packagespinach pasta (or regular, see below)I used spinach cascarecce

1mediumcucumber
4slicesmozzarella cheesecut into large circles
16 oz. jarpitted black olives
Instructions
Set a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions. (If using green food coloring, add 20-30 drops once cooking.) Drain water; return pasta to pot.
Stir in butter, allowing to melt completely. Let pasta cool slightly.
Arrange pasta on a large rectangular platter. Platter pictured is about 20" x 12" in size.
Arrange olives on top of pasta, as shown. Add mozzarella circles and halved olives for eyes. Arrange additional olives for mouth.
Add chopped ends of cucumber on the sides of the mouth, for Frankenstein's bolts.
Serve and enjoy!

Can't find green pasta? Here's a tip for using any kind of pasta!
Add 10-20 drops of green food coloring to the boiling water which you are cooking the pasta.
If you want a deeper green, stir more food coloring into the pasta after you drain it. It will absorb the color and create darker and lighter strands.
