Cozy spiced cinnamon braid in under 30 minutes! Soft, melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon wreaths are easy, elegant and taste like a giant cinnamon roll. This fuss-free recipe only needs 4 ingredients + 10 minutes. Heaven with a hot coffee or warm cocoa. Makes a perfect breakfast for holiday tables and lazy weekends!

It’s been a long year, and that calls for a comforting, cozy treat! You deserve it.

This beautiful, sweet and soft pull apart cinnamon bread has been on my list for years. Those layers of buttery cinnamon dough all tangled together look so irresistible. I was so excited to finally bake this up for you! However, I wanted to make it easier than the “yeast-rise-knead-etc.” variety. Happy to report, I did just that with under 5 ingredients!

After all, I love creating recipes that you can easily whip up in your kitchen. If it’s not easy, why bother?

Can you just imagine the spicy aroma and pulling these pretty twisted, sugary loafs out of your oven? This cinnamon twist braid comes together in under 10 minutes, with 4 ingredients, and is actually quite foolproof. You may already have the ingredients on hand!

The steps are simple:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine butter, sugars and cinnamon. Mix until you have a spreadable paste.

Roll out dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick. Evenly spread cinnamon-sugar butter all over it. Starting with the short end, roll dough into a tube. Cut in half lengthwise. Twist dough to form one long braid. Bring both ends together to create a circular shape.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until dough is puffy and firm to the touch. The insides will be doughy and soft, like a cinnamon roll!

In a medium bowl, whisk sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle glaze over the cinnamon wreaths.

Serve warm, slice and enjoy!

You guys, this cinnamon wreath is so fun to make! Honestly, my twisted dough didn’t look very impressive before I popped it in the oven. It can be clumsy to work with, but don’t worry. As your dough bakes, the layers really puff out and create gorgeous ribbons of cinnamon-sugar dough. Too delicious with tea, cocoa or coffee!

Slice off chunks for serving, or pull the layers apart, hot out of the oven, like an animal. Like I may or may not have done.

You may have a little dough left to make tiny cinnamon rolls. Do it!

For a special breakfast or brunch, this cozy cinnamon wreath is fun, beautiful and delicious. It bakes up in under 30 minutes, and makes the most comforting start to a slow weekend day. Serve this on holiday mornings and the whole family will love you for it!
