Place strawberries on a large platter or baking sheet, coated in nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips. Stir every 30 seconds, or until completely melted and smooth. To give a more dippable consistency, stir in a teaspoon (or so) of neutral oil or melted butter.
One at a time, dip strawberries in melted white chocolate. Set on the platter.
Place platter in your refrigerator to set the chocolate.
Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate chips until smooth. Using a toothpick or squeeze bottle, dot ghost eyes and mouths onto the strawberries.
