Instructions
In a small sauce pan set to medium-low heat, mix condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter and salt.
Cook mixture, stirring constantly (this is important, otherwise it will burn!) until it thickens, about 7 to 9 minutes. Run your spoon in the middle of the mixture. If it moves slowly, then it has thickened enough.
Pour mixture into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pour sprinkles into a bowl or plate.
Once the mixture is cool, remove from the refrigerator and prepare your mini paper cups. Grease your hands with butter. Roll the mixture into little balls. (about half a tablespoon - or, as big or small as you'd like!)
Roll the brigadeiro balls into the sprinkles. Place each in a mini paper muffin cup.
