30 Cinco de Mayo Recipes

Whether you’re feeding a crowd or just enjoying a small celebration this Cinco de Mayo, I’ve got you covered with 30 delicious meals, side dishes and drink recipes!

This Sunday, I’ll be catching a movie with my sweetie, then mixing up a batch of margaritas and guacamole to enjoy together! Big to-do’s are always fun, but me? I’d rather not have to share my guac with more than one person, hehe.

If you’ve got big plans though, scroll on down for all the recipes. Kick off your fabulous fiesta with my hubby’s amazing Pizza Nachos or Grilled Pineapple Guacamole! If you’ve got muchos amigos to feed, make my easy Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili or Southwestern Stuffed Bell Peppers. Say “salud!” with a batch of Blood Orange or (my personal favorite) Frozen Watermelon margaritas!

Have a wonderful, fun and festive weekend, foodie friends! I’ll see you Monday with a delicious, easy pizza dough recipe.
