Spice Up Your Holidays • The Party Menu

Break out the mixing bowls and a bunch of basic ingredients – have I got a holiday menu for you! Along with Captain Morgan, I hosted a festive little shindig with a few original recipes created using their Spiced Rum. As I mentioned last week, I’m participating in their “Spice Up The Holidays” contest along with nine other talented food bloggin’ ladies. We’re all mixing up our best rum recipes, hosting parties, and posting about them for the chance to win a generous donation to our chosen charity.

… And yea, the competition may be stiff, but I don’t think anyone had quite as much fun as we did!

Captain Morgan Spice Up Holidays Party (1)

The evening was spent swapping gifts, sipping bubbly and Captain Morgan cocktails, and catching up by the fire during the frenzied holiday season! It was a fabulous time with good food, great drinks, and fun company!

So let’s get to the menu, shall we? Take a peek at what I made with the Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, and grab my recipes for your own holiday party!

I can’t wait to make those chicken bites! I think they’ll be Sunday’s football munchie. What a fun party. Family, friends, good food, and a little warm buzz from a toddy are what the Holidays are all about. Merry Christmas, Georgia!
