Using the slow cooker is my favorite way to make an easy week night meal. Often times, you can just throw everything in the slow cooker before you leave work, and you can come home to a delicious, warm meal!

My go to recipe during the week is Spaghetti. I always have a jar of sauce on hand, some frozen veggies and pasta. If I have some frozen ground beef I will make the sauce more robust. Otherwise it’s easy and always available. And with a toddler and 7 months pregnant there is NO way mom does quick trips to the store. ;)

Our favorite EASY and Fast meal is Asian foods. I keep Homemade Kim-Chee is the fridge.(Which I make, Long Story!!!)
I steam a pot of Rice, and I season and stir fry some Veggies, Pork, and Tofu.
It is very simple to make, requires little prep work. It is very good for you, and tastes out of this world Great!!!!
It is much better than Take Away Foods, as it costs so much less to make it at home!!! I have had something like this at a Japaneese Resturant, and the cost was outrageous!!!! I can make this for the two of us, with extras for another meal for well under $8.00-$10.00!!!!!! It is an Easy go to meal!!! :-)

My family eats bread with dinner at least 3 times a week and I make it from scratch so to make it easier, I mix and knead the dough first thing in the morning when I wake up so it has time to rise and then I bake it by early afternoon so it is ready by dinner! Also make extra to last until the next day for sandwiches for lunch!
