My Spring Favorites & A Special Trip

Flower Wreath

Today, Mark and I are leaving for a week in Austin, Texas, and let me tell you, I am weak in the knees with excitement! We visited the friendly, foodie heaven of a city briefly last year and have been itching to explore it more and see our new pals ever since. Also, it will be bittersweet to take a break from blogging, baking and cooking for a week, but I will be back next Wednesday with a sweet little something for you… and hopefully a few good stories to share from our experience!

Now, with all that being said, let’s get to the grub!

Spring has sprung in Southern California, and I hope it has for you, too. I know I can’t wait for fruity drinks, frilly skirts and dipping my bare feet in the beautiful, blue Pacific. To kick off the season, here are some of my springtime favorites, for eating, sipping and overall enjoyment with friends, family and whatever loved ones are in your life. Hopefully these sweet treats, sticky ribs and scrumptious seafood dishes inspire you, or even just make you drool a little.

You can find my favorites through visiting the link below. See ya next week, foodie friends! I’ll eat plenty of finger lickin’ good BBQ in Texas for you.
